What is Lupus

Lupus is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease that causes the body to attack its own healthy tissues and organs. Common symptoms include severe fatigue, joint pain, and unexplained fever. It is typically a difficult disease to diagnosis because symptoms mimic other illnesses. While there is no cure for lupus, symptoms may be controlled with certain medication and treatment.

mistoryWe want to hear from you!

We are creating a documentary to raise awareness for those suffering with Lupus. Your Lupus Story will help raise awareness for the least known, least funded major disease in America. 80% of Americans cannot answer simple questions about Lupus, and 20% have never even heard of the disease, yet it is more prolific than AIDS, ALS and MS combined.  Please CLICK HERE for more details about how to share your story.
